This solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on or about Monday, June 25, 2007. PAPER COPIES WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide a comprehensive painting of the Longfellow House and Carriage House exteriors. Work will involve scraping, spot priming, finish priming, and finish painting of primary historic structures and related elements. Minor replacement of rotted clapboards and other woodwork may also be required. All work will take place at Longfellow National Historic Site located in Cambridge, MA 02138. The performance period for this contract will be 120 days. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The NAICS code being used for this project is 238320 with a size standard of $13,000,000.00. This solicitation is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. It is subject to Full and Open Competition. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
