Description

The U.S. Geological Survey, Minerals Information Team, Reston, Virginia, 20192 intends to make a non- competitive award via written request for quotation to Roskill Information Services, LTD, 27a Leopold Road, London, SW 19 76B England, UK, for a series of (18) published Roskill Reports and Information on International Metals and Mineral Markets as well as informed forecasts of future trends. This notice is for INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement to the Contracting Officer no later than the identified response date. Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302 for the proposed contract.
