Description

The Battle Creek Michigan VA Medical Center is seeking a vendor to provide Semi-Tractor and Trailer leasing services to the VA Medical Center in Battle Creek MI. Award of a single Firm Fixed Priced contract is anticipated. Scope of Lease: The contractor shall lease three (3) semi-tractors and two (2) semi-trailers (semi-trailers on an as needed basis) to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Battle Creek, MI for one year from date of award effective 01 Jul 2007. Contractor to be within a close enough proximity to the VA Medical Center Battle Creek MI (estimated to be no more than 50 miles distant) to adequately meet service and availability requirements. The complete Request for Quotation may be obtained by sending an email to: scott.brennan2@va.gov and request RFQ # VA-251-07-RQ-0072. Any subsequent contract will be awarded on a requirements basis. The NAICS Codes for this procurement is 532120. Solicitation is issued for unrestricted competition. Offers are due by no later than 4:30 p.m local time, Jun 20, 2007 to include all requested supporting documentation.
