- The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with I-trezzo to provide telephone support, maintenance for EPS 5000 and software upgrades for I-trezzo Agent Software. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is not a request for proposals. The contract period is one (1) year from date of award with an option for four (4) additional years.
