- Description
- Military Sealift Command has a requirement for one time charter vessel to support the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) at-sea research activities approximately 650 kilometers (km) south of Okinawa, Japan. Vessel mobilization and installation of Government furnished equipment will commence 02 July 2007. At-sea operations will begin 04 July and end 21 July. Vessel demobilization will conclude 24 July 2007. At-sea research activities include the deployment, testing, and recovery of Enhanced Deep Ocean Survey System (EDOSS) equipment while underway. Additional details will be provided within the Request for Proposals (RFP). It is anticipated that the RFP will be available on or before 06 June 2007.
