Description: Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, MD, intends to issue a sole source contract to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC) in support of ICAP III kits, associated spares, and installs for the EA-6B aircraft. The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract for a minimum of seven kits with an option to procure eleven more. The period of performance for this contract will be 22 months DAC. Note 22 applies.
