Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, intends to award a sole source modification to BAE SYSTEMS Electronics and Integrated Solutions, under Contract N00019-02-C-3127, in support of the ALQ-99 Band 9/10 Transmitter. The modification of this contract is being made in order to procure drawing changes for the EA-18G configuration. This modification will be negotiated on a sole-source basis with BAE SYSTEMS, as they are the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the Band 9/10 Transmitter. The period of performance will be from the date of the contract award to 30-September-2007. Numbered Note 22 applies.
