- This is an annual synopsis of Repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00383-05-G-048N with Bell Boeing Joint Program Office, Patuxent River, MD and serves as the presolicitaion synopsis notice for all repair orders issued by NAVCIP for the period of 19 April 2007 through 19 April 2008 for the evaluation and repair of various repair components of the Navy Weapons System manufactured and repaired by Bell Helicopter, Fort Worth, TX. Several major items to be repaired include: 7H 2925-01-418-3193, Starter, Engine, SPEC, P/N 901-360-003-109 7RH 1680-01-487-3403, COMPRESSOR, SHAFTDRV, P/N 901-364-002-109 7RH 5990-01-460-6390, ROTOR POSITIONING UNIT, P/N 901-381-653-105 7RH 1650-01-472-8148, VALVE, START/EAPS, P/N 901-381-654-105 7RH 4810-01-444-8517, VALVE, PSO, P/N 901-366-056-101 7RH 1680-01-528-3353, POWER UNIT, AUX, P/N 901-364-201-107 However, individual orders may be issued for any sole source item of repair under this Navy Weapons System. A complete list of potential r eparable items which orders may be placed can be obtained upon request from the below cited point of contact. Individual orders exceeding $25,000 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. Orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The items contemplated for procurement of repair require Government source approval prior to contract award, as the item is flight critical and/or the technical data available has not been determined adequate to support acquisition via full and open competition.
