- The Department of Defense Education Activity?s (DoDEA) intends to award on a competitive basis, using commercial procedures, a contract to fulfill its requirements for online curriculum for a selection of semester courses for students in grades 7-12 which shall include College Board approved Advanced Placement courses. The Solicitation Number is HE1254-07-T-0024 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2005-16 & Class Deviation 2005-o0001 and DCN 20070327. The submission due date and time is Wednesday, 20 June 07, 12:00 PM (EST).
