Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to issue a Delivery Order to Vocus INC, 4290 Forbes Blvd, Prince Georges, MD 20706 the maintenance and support on Vocus PR Enterprise Edition, Advanced Analytics, Email Campaigns and Vocus Media Monitoring Software for period 08/01//2007 through 01/31/2008. The maintenance and support shall include upgrades over the period, updates, fixes and technical support and is currently known to be available only through Vocus, INC. This software allows users to perform complex queries and reports on media organizations, journalists, and community organizations received as part of subscription services, and to track contacts of those entities. Other organizations that believe they are capable of meeting the requirements of SSA are invited to submit information establishing a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. If SSA does not identify other acceptable sources capable of providing this requirement, the agency shall issue a sole source award of the product and maintenance under FAR par 13, Simplified Acquisitions. This is NOT a Request for Proposal and the Government does not intend to pay for information submitted. Requests for copies of a solicitation will not be honored or acknowledged. Respondents will NOT be notified of the results of the information received. Verbal responses are NOT acceptable and will NOT be considered. Responses to this notice must be submitted by June 12, 2007, by 12 PM EST. Responses may be sent via E-MAIL ONLY to the point of contact listed below. NO PHONE CALLS OR FAXES WILL BE ACCEPTED. No submissions may exceed 5MB.
