Description

1. Question: What are the breakdowns of quantities per different cubicle types and/or sizes? No panels or components have been drawn in the floor plan provided. Answer: Drawings that I have provided show general configuration of the workstation size only. Not detailed furniture assembly drawings. Contractor is responsible for any drawings necessary to achieve the general configuration shown. We did not know details of furniture being acquired, therefore could only provide general size requirements. 2. Question: Will we be given full 1/4 inch scale industry standard drawings to build by? Answer: The 1/8 inch scale drawings are all you will get from DPW. If contractor needs additional drawings to achieve assembly to the general configuration shown on these drawings, then contractor must be tasked to complete the drawings. 3. Question: Is Fort Sill prepared to receive excess product and do they have a warehouse staging area we can work from as the products required will undoubtedly get mixed in with the excess? Answer: Yes, Fort Sill is prepared to receive the excess products. 4. Question: Do you relocate only what Ft. Sill needs now and the balance later, or do we relocate everything all at once? Answer: Relocate everything all at once. 5. Question: The Statement of Work says the Government may have the manufacturer disassemble and reassemble the systems furniture, and yet the CLINS specify disassembly and reassembly of same. Which is it? Answer: Contractor will disassemble, transport and reassemble the furniture as identified in the CLIN lines. *Contractors must acknowledge this modification when submitting a bid response. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (05-JUN-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
