- Outpatient and Inpatient alcohol/substance abuse treatment for American Indians and Alaska Natives in the Honolulu, HI urban area. The major focus of this RFP is for Case Management of alcoholism/substance abuse treatment services, including cost effective medical and preventive screening for the maximum use of health care resources. The Case Manager will utilize existing culturally appropriate health care resources in the local are or regional substance abuse treatment facility , as appropriate to the patient need(s). This acquisition is restricted to Papa Ola Lokahi, the incumbent provider of these services.
