- The Federal Bureau of Prisons-Federal Correctional Complex in Tucson Arizona, intends to make a single award to a qualified small business for the provision of a Parenting Instructor. The services will be provided to individuals who are under the custody and care of the Federal Bureau of Prisons within a secure correctional environment, located at the Federal Correctional Complex, Tucson AZ. The contract type is an indefinate delivery/requirements contract with a firm fixed unit price. The award will be made to the responsible company or individual who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government. The contract periods for the service will consist of a base period and four option years. The estimated quantity is 268 one hour sessions for the base year, and 268 one hour sessions for each of the 4 option years. A session is defined as one hour. The number of hours is per week and shall not exceed thirty (30) hours. The solicitation will be available on or about June 08, 2007 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up to date information about this acquisition. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about July 6, 2007. The solicitation is 100% set a side for small business. Faith based and Community Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible small businesses or individuals may submit a quote.
