- This is a Sources Sought to identify potential sources to conduct a study on. The Impact of Fugitive on United States communities. The United States Marshals Service seeks interested parties to research and conduct a study of the impact of fugitives on our communities and if observed, the nature of the impacts. What techniques are being used by fugitives to remain at large and how these fugitives are are able to sustain while at large. Capability Statement: All interested parties are to submit a capability narrative including a staffing plan, estimated funding requirement, and summary of their understanding of the requirement, awareness of current research or technology, and qualifications and experience to demonstrate their ability to organize and manage the required effort. In addition, provide a general timeframe for completion of proposed phases of work and the study as a whole. NOTE: THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 541720 with a size standard of 5.million. No solicitation document is available. No contract will be awarded on the basis of responses received to this notice. All interested parties must respond to this announcement by June 25, 2007. Document to support the vendor's capability must be in writing and include the vendor's name, address, point of contact, telephone number, DUNS Number, CCR Cage Number, Business Type and size, i.e., small, large, non-profit, educational, etc.; GSA No. (If applicable) and a narrative regarding its capability to provide the services as described above.
