- The Airport Model vehicle specifications are a 1/48 scale. That converts to 1 inch = 4 foot, which is appropriate for the 4'x8' airport layout. The specifications include airport layout supporting equipment. Additional accessories include the following items. EQUIPMENT 7 Commercial jets and 1 private jet Company of emergency service equipment 2 Airport buses Assorted Police and Military vehicles (10 pieces) Assorted passenger vehicles (10 pieces) Assorted appropriate commercial vehicles (5 pieces) Emergency service equipment would include such items fire trucks, ambulance, mobile aircraft staircase, etc. Commercial vehicles would include fuel trucks, tractor-trailers, etc. PERSONNEL Figures to be in two different colors. 24 each approximately 1 1/2 inch in height.
