Description
The following describe the requirements for the project: 1. Construct one each Commercial Aviation Special Team (CAST) Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) system. One (1) each Power and Control Assembly and four (4) each Light Housing Assemblies (LHA's) for Runways 13, 17 and 31. 2. Install all necessary erosion control devices, safety features and temporary facilities. 3. Install conduits and pull boxes for electrical service to all facilities as indicated. 4. Construct foundations, access roads and associated walkways as indicated on drawings. 5. Provide electric power and control services for each PAPI system. 6. Perform continuity tests on all cables. 7. Install grounding and lightning protection systems for all equipment and structures. 8. Energize the system, calibrate the monitoring system and commence operational tests. 9. Demolish three (3) existing VASI systems at designated locations 10. Restore affected areas by backfilling and replacing topsoil to match surrounding areas. 11. Clean up the site and remove all temporary equipment from the site. Performance Time: 120 Calendar Days Estimated Cost:: $250,000 - $500,000 NACI: 237990 Size Standards: $31.0 Million This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE project. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
