Description

The Contractor shall provide full Architectural and Engineering Services as required to prepare complete contract drawings, specifications, technical reports and cost estimates including services throughout the construction project for the "Outpatient Mental Health Renovation" at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Memphis, TN 38104. Estimated Construction Cost range is between $1,000,000-$5,000,000. Consideration is limited to concerns located within a 200 mile radius of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Memphis, TN. NAICS code for this procurement is 236220. Contract subject to the availability of FY 07 Funds. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. Firms desiring consideration shall submit two (2) copies of Standard Form (SF) 330 no later than 1:00pm July 6, 2007. A/E selection criteria will include: (1) Professinal qualifications necessary for performance of required services: (2)Specialized experience and technical competence of the A/E firms with similar type projects; (3)Past Performance on contracts with Government agencies; (4) Locations of the A/E/firm; (5)Experience and roles of key design personnel, specifically on related projects; (6) Cost control and estimating effectiveness. This is not a request for proposal.
