Description
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. NAICS 237120. This advertisement is seeking interested parties from HUBZONE certified firms. The USPFO for NH intends to to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tool s, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to perform and complete repair on containme nt dike floors and walls in accordance with the statement of work and task order requirements. Work includes, but is not limited to, removing and replacing exist ing expansion joint sealant within the containment dikes floors and walls, repair cracks i n the containment dikes floors and walls and seal watertight and Performing a leak test JP-8 fuel storage tank 1 & 2 secondary containment to ensure leak tight. Magnitude of the project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The type of contract is firm f ixed-price. A single award is contemplated. Construction/contract completion time is anticipated to take approximately 60 days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code fo r this work is 237120. HUBZONE firms having the skills and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirements are invited to provide information to contribute to this market survey/sources sought. Responses must include the following and are limit ed to 10 pages or less: 1. Company name, address, point of contact with phone number and e-mail address. 2. Bonding capacity. Provide your firm's individual and aggregate contract bonding capacity. 3. Construction experience of similar projects in siz e and scope. Provide the following information on your three most recent projects of a similar size and scope to this project: (a) Contracting Agency Address and Contracting Officer's name and telephone number. (b) Contract Number, date and amount of awar d, date of completion for your portion of the project. (c) Description of Services provided under the contract. (d) If any bonding was provided, what was the amount of bonding? (e) If perfomance was as a subcontractor, please provide the name, address a nd telephone number of the point of contact at the prime contractor. (f) State whether or not there were any performance issues under the contract which resulted in the issuance of a Cure notice or Show Cause notice by the contracting officer.
