PRON: AX7T1133, NSN: 3110-01-197-1760, PN: 3110T700-001, Quantity: 340 each minimum/916 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH-60 Airfram e. F.O.B. origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 340 each 250 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to General Electric Company, CAGE Code 99207, The Barden Corporation DBA Barden Precision Bearings, CAGE Code 708 54, MRC Bearings Inc., CAGE Code 38443, MPB Corporation DBA Timken Aerospace, CAGE Code 78118 and Schaeffler Canada Inc. DBA FAG Aerospace, Cage Code 36069 because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or s elected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor u se of a second source part in the intended application. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may sub mit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
