- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, is soliciting offers under Request for Quotation (RFQ) No W912BU-07-T-0059 for Cutlass Bearing for Fort Mifflin Distribution Center, 6400 Hog Island Road, Philadelphia, PA 19153 in accordance w ith line item description, drawings, and special delivery instructions included in the Solicitation. Award will be made to lowest responsible offeror. The RFQ will be available on or about 07 June 2007. Solicitation documents, plans and specifications w ill only be available via the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDs) homepage https://www.fedteds.gov. Interested offerors must register with FedTeDS before accessing the system. FedTeDs registration requires the following information: CCR Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN), DUNS Number or Cage Code, Telephone Number, and E-Mail Address. Registration Instructions can be found on the FedTeDS website by clicking on the Register with FedTeDS hyperlink. Interested offerors should select the Begin Vendor/Contractor Registration Process option. Offerors who have registered with FedTeDS must access the data for this solicitation by way of the hyperlink established via the FedBizOpps announcement. Please access www.fedbizopps.gov and click on t he hyperlink to FedTeDS www.fedteds.gov. Offerors cannot log into the FedTeDS home page and search for data directly. Offers will be due on 28 June 2007 at 4:00 p.m. eastern time and may be faxed to Helena DiNofa at 215-656-6798. Quotes should include pricing and certifications and representations. Offerors are responsible for printing paper copies of the RFQ. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The North Atlantic Industrial Classification (NAIC) for this procurement is 326291 with a size standard of 500 employees. Affirmative action to ensure equal employment opportunity is applicable to the resulting contract. No other notification to firms for this project will be made. All Contractors must be registered in the DoDs Central Contractor Registration before award as required by DFARS 204.7300.
