CLIN 0003  1 Each, 7.3 MM Cannulated Screw Instrument and Implant Set, Stainless Steel. Synthes USA Part Number 105.90, Brand Name or Equal. CLIN 0004  Bone Holding Forceps Set, Stainless Steel. Synthes USA Part Number 105.90, Brand Name or E qual. CLIN 0005  Small Battery Power Driver Line Set. Synthes USA Part Number 105.995, Brand Name or Equal. CLIN 0006  Large Battery Power Driver Line Set, Synthes USA Part Number 150.119, Brand Name or Equal. Solicitation provision 52.211-6 shall ap ply. The government intends to award a commercial firm fixed-price purchase order. Required delivery shall be for the entire quantity as specified in the CLINs above by 31 Jul 2007.
