Description
This requirement is being issued as a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6. Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is contemplating award of a purchase for 20 Quest TOAD for Oracle Standard software, including one year Quest maintenance and upgrades. Delivery is due 6 July 2007. The closing date of the solicitation will be 12 June 2007 at 2:00 P.M. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business and will be procured under full and open competition. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 511210 with a size standard of $23 million. The RFQ is posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to grdinapm@kpt. nuwc.navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFQ from the NECO website. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation (3) and ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov/). No bidders list will be maintained by this office. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 2:00 p.m. on 12 June 2007 will be considered by the government.
