Description
The purpose of the requirement is to provide equipment specialist services support of the fifteen Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) electronic warfare systems which include: QRC 84-05 Radar Warning Receiver; QRC 84-02A Infrared Countermeasures Set; QRC 81-01 Infrared Countermeasures Set; AN/ALQ-196 Countermeasures Set; QRC-259 Receiver System; WJ-1740 Receiver System; AN/DLQ-3 Countermeasures Set; AN/ULQ-21 Countermeasures Set; AN/USM-642A Test Set; AN/GLM-10 Test Console: AN/DLQ-8 Pod; Ten High; and the AN/ALQ-188/188A/188B Electronic Attack Pods. Requirements for technical support include: experience with AN/ALQ-188 EA Pod; experience with Air Force technical orders; working knowledge of all military specifications governing the preparation of all types of USAF technical orders; knowledge of nomenclature procedures and policies; knowledge of technical order time compliance (TCTO). Specific disciplines required include: program management services for QRC programs; project planning, budgeting and analysis for QRC Electronic Countermeasures and associated electronic combat programs; research data collection; assessment and implementation of program improvements; engineering services to perform reliability analyses, studies and review of equipment design changes; services to perform analysis of system documents, configuration management control and information systems analysis for implementation and enhancement of electronic warfare systems. Place of performance will be at locations throughout WR-ALC Robins AFB GA including GBLB-QRC 560th Combat Sustainment Squadron in Building 226. Period of performance will be for one year with three one-year option periods. Synopsis Note 29: The proposed contract is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Woned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered.
