- This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items provided in accordance with the format in Subparts 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propos als are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (see note before for RFQ) Solicitation W912LN07T0006 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-16 . This procurement is a total small business set-aside. (See 19.502-2) The NAICS code and small business size standard for this procurement are 334516 and 500 employees respectively. The vendor must state in their quotation their business size for this p rocurement. USPFO for Vermont, VT-PFO-PC has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for an Oil Analyzer Model OSA-II, 10 Metals and Physical Properties Oil Analyzer - Military Version - OSA-M3. To include; OSA Physical Property Measurements (IR) Glycol, Soot(Die sel only), Fuel Dilution(%), Water(%), Oxidation Abs, Nitration Abs, Total Base Numbers(TBN) option, Extended Metals option, Dual Temperature Viscometer option, an Extended Warranty/Service Agreement option, with installation and training. All specified i tems are manufactured by On-Site Analysis, Inc. Products of (or equal) nature may be proposed and will be considered.
