Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 7, is soliciting proposals for Janitorial Services of two facilities in Bethel, Alaska. A solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract including one Base Year and four Option Years. The contractor shall perform janitorial services on two facilities: (1) The main Headquarters building which has 4728 square feet and consists of two floors and (2) the Bunkhouse which is 312 square feet. Duties shall include by are not limited to: carpet, tile, waste removal, vacuuming, dust mop, wet mop, glass cleaning, refilling empty items, kitchen, and bathroom cleaning. The soliciation issue date will be approximately June 8, 2007. The soliciation number is 701817R040. The estimated closing date will be July 10, 2007 at 2:00pm, Alaska Time.
