Description

Sources are sought for A/E investigative and technical service to design and develop specifications, drawings and detailed cost estimates for the renovation and expansion of our current Ambulatory Care Bldg. #39, to include a 16,270 sf, floor addition to the existing structure. Expansion will house medical and surgical specialities including but not limited to General Surgery, Arthritis, Cysto, Dermatology, ENT, Orthopedic, Pain, Podiatry, Plastics, Vascular, Thoracic, Pulmonary, GI, Nephrology, and Infectious Disease Clinics. Past experience in the design of ambulatory care renovations is required, as well as the capacity to accomplish work in the required time, as evidenced by past performance and proposed workforce. The estimated construction range is $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Design is to be completed within 240 days. Area of consideration is limited to within 200 miles of this VA, White River Junction, Vermont. This is not an RFP. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541310. Interested firms to submit appropriated data described in numbered note 24, to be received in this office NLT close of business 06/29/2007. Award is subject to the availability of funds. All responsible sources may submit their updated 330's. VA anticipates conducting interviews with potential candidates July 11th and 12th.
