Description

The Northern Region Contracting Center-Leavenworth, 600 Thomas Ave, Fort Leavenworth, KS, 66027 intends to issue a solicitation for Miscellaneous Asphalt and Concrete Repairs for Various Projects - Project Number FE 00018-7P. The NAICS code for this project is 237310. The Place of Contract Performance is Fort Leavenworth, KS 66027. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed price with a period of performance of 120 days. The magnitude of this project is $1 and $5 million. Base requirement - Replace exi sting road, curb and gutter, and drainage structures on Grant Avenue from Stimson Avenue to the Old USDB. Optional requirement - Repair existing road and construct a new road, construct new curb and butter, and install new storm drainage structure at post car wash. Optional requirement - Replace existing asphalt driveway at Building 428. Optional requirement - Spot repair pot holes, crack seal, seal coat the entire parking area, and restripe the PX parking lot. Optional requirement - Remove two (2) inch thi ck existing asphalt by cold milling, construct two (2) inch thick hot mix asphalt, and restripe the Commissary parking lot. This requirement is Subject to the Availability of Funds. This Invitation for Bids will be posted under Solicitation Number W91QF4-0 7-B-0006.
