The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command intends to issue a five-year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type Contract with Honeywell Corporation, Engines and Systems Division, Phoenix, AZ (CAGES: 99193, 59364, 64547, 70 210, 06848) for the acquisition of various T55 Engine series and APACHE spare parts designated as sole source. FOB Point for all orders placed will be Origin. Period of performance will be from date of contract award through 31 Dec 2011. Justification fo r other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not have adequate specificati ons and drawings to permit full and open competition.
