Description: The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions received. Question: Per amendment dated May 22nd, it states an adequate building surface will be provided. Please define this building surface (ie., gravel, pavement, compacted sand, etc.) Answer: Fort Carson will provide a flat, graded area of ground. Question: The government desires... flooring that meets the same minimum ballistic rubber physical properties... Does this mean the flooring needs the AR500 steel just like the walls? If not, what will we be attaching or laying the rubber flooring upon? Answer: Yes, the flooring requires AR500 steel and rubber, same as the walls.
