- AMENDMENT A001 - June 12, 2007 Amendment A001 is hereby issued to revise Provision 3.2.2.3-20/Electronic Offers (Part IV-Section L) to include receipt of facsimile offers. The time and date for receipt of offers remains the same. ********************************************************************** The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a competitive requirement for the acquisition of Doppler VOR Side Band, 2 ??' High Plastic Dome Antenna Shelters, NSN 5985-00-198-4906, manufactured in accordance with FAA specification FAAD-F-1365B and drawing number D5701. The requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 326199. Proposed contract will be an indefinite-delivery/requirements type contract. The contract will be for a 1-year base contract period and will include four 1-year option periods to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. All interested sources should first attempt to download the solicitation from the Internet. This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
