They are now - NAICS: 423390 with a limit of 100 employees FSC: 5670*** *** This is a Request for Quote for a commodity with all installation and removal of old hardware to be included in price*** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1B3R27102A100 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-17 15 May 07. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 238290, with annual gross revenue not to exceed $13 million. Statement of Work: STATEMENT OF WORK REPLACE EXISTING OVERHEAD DOORS, BLDG 353 WORK ORDER AGGNA 41411 1. SCOPE: The contractor shall provide a new curtain door to replace damaged curtain door in building 353. The contractor shall also provide all plant, labor, tools, equipment, travel, material, supervision, and administration necessary to remove existing curtain door building 353 and install new curtain door. 2. PRINCIPAL FEATURES: The work to be accomplished consists, in general, of the following principal items. This does not mean that the work consists only of these items, but that it consists of these principal items along with all incidental minor work which becomes necessary to complete in order to accomplish the overall project in a satisfactory and workmanlike manner meeting the approval of the Contracting Officer. 2.1. Remove existing curtain door and all related hardware, rails, door and operator 2.2. Dispose of old door panel sections and related hardware off Altus AFB. 2.3. Install new curtain doors using existing framework. Installation will include new insulated slats, bottom bar and safety edge, weather stripping and all related hardware. 2.4. Door type Curtain Door, size of door opening 16?-0? W X 16?-0? H. 2.5. Sections are roll-formed hot-dipped galvanized steel exterior. Sections are manufactured by a continuous foamed in place polyurethane, free of CFC and HCFC?s and will be fully encapsulated in nonpermeable material. 2.6. Finish shall be a dark bronze or brown finish. (Sherwin Williams Beatrix Brown SW 2014) or Equal 2.7. Test door for safe and smooth operation at designed operating speed and to check for conformance to design specifications. 2.8. Operator shall be set-up as a supervised control only. When start stop button is released door automatically stops, no exceptions allowed. 2.9. NOTE: Door shall not be removed from its opening unless the replacement can be installed in the same workday, there by eliminating any security breaches. Temporary enclosures will not be allowed. 3. GENERAL: All work on this delivery order shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturer?s installation specifications and procedures for each type of work required. When work is not covered by specifications, said work shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturers ?written? specifications, installation instructions or performance procedures. 4.
