Is this a new opportunity or a re-competition? If a re-competition, please provide the following information: the incumbent, the contract number, the dates and the amount of the contract. Answer: The incumbent is SYCOLEMAN Corporation. Current contract is W74V8H-05-C-0040, awarded 01 Aug 05 in the amount of $9,141,914.49. 2. The solicitation states that the work will be completed in the National Capitol Region. Would a response stating that the work would be completed in Albuquerque NM be compliant? Answer: The work will be completed here in the Washington, D.C. area. Yes, that would be non-responsive. 3. The solicitation states that Security clearances must be current. Would a response stating that we have employees eligible in acquiring security clearances with sponsorship be compliant? Answer: Yes. 4. In reading the PWS, it's unclear to me as to whether this solicitation includes all development and maintenance of the www.army.mil website, or if it's focused only on the Strategic Communications aspect of OCPA only producing web products for a handfu l of Army publications. I'm familiar with both contracts, and the PWS could seemingly apply to either. Answer: This requirement belongs to the Plans Division who has to be able to have interaction with U.S.Army.Mil website. This one does not include all development and maintenance of the www.army.mil Website. This will support the 3 + 2 + 1 Initiative an d has to be able to work closely with the site to promote some of the products and missions of Initiative 7 and OCPA. 5. Can you please clarify the meaning of standard size of $6M is encouraged to submit.... Does this mean that our firms revenue over the last three years should not average over $6M? Answer: Yes.
