INVITATION FOR BID (IFB)/SEALED BID IS ISSUED - ONLY WRITTEN OR FAXED REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THE SOLICITATION BID PACKAGE, NO EXCEPTIONS - FAX (703) 390-6582, Attention - Ray Griffith, Contract Specialist. ALL BID PACKAGES WILL BE SENT VIA U. S. MAIL, NO EXCEPTIONS. REQUIREMENT: T'iis Nazbas Community School, Hwy 160 BIA Rd N5114, Teec Nos Pos, AZ, 86514-2002; replace boiler jacket on boiler at Building 661. Tasks include: 1) Remove one rear section from the V905A Burnham boiler, 2) Wash out loose debris from the water side, 3) Install one new rear section in the V905A Burnham boiler, 4) Fill boiler with water and perform hydro test just below relief setting, and 5) Install the boiler jacket. Completion of contract performance is within 30 days after contract award. The estimated price range is less than $25,000.00. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The bid opening is scheduled at 2 P. M. (local time) July 13, 2007, at the Bureau of Indian Affairs, 2051 Mercator Drive, Restion VA, 20191. All responsible bids from responsible bidders will be considered. Contract award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder. Contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive awards from the federal Government.
