Description
United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA), Office of Research and Development (ORD), Integrated Service Staff (ISS) of the Immediate Office of the Assistant Administrator (IOAA), seeks a contractor to provide management of logistical and facilitation support for a variety of meetings, symposia, round table discussions, conferences, exhibits and other gatherings. ISS, in partnership with ORD?s Management council, provides the administrative and operational framework for the management of ORD-wide activities in its various laboratories and centers throughout the United States. Services to be performed include: 1) logistical meeting/facilitation support; 2) exhibit support: 3) graphics and communication support and 4) development of outreach communications materials. The successful contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, services, equipment and facilities to support the efforts delineated by the Performance Work Statement (PWS). A draft performance work statement can be obtained from the Cincinnati website, http://www.epa.gov/oam/cinn_cmd/ . It is anticipated that RFP PR-CI-07-10698 will be posted to the Cincinnati website, approximately, July 31, 2007. This procurement is a competitive 8(a), small business set-aside and to be awarded IAW FAR Part 15. It is anticipated to be a CPFF, Level of Effort, term type contract and will have a base period with (4) twelve month option periods. The estimated LOE includes one, 12 month base period of 9,400 hours and four, 12 month option periods of 9,400 hours each. In addition, the base period and each option period will include quantity options of up to 14,200 hours each. Total maximum Level of Effort, if all quantity options are exercised, for the five years of anticipated performance is estimated at 118,000 direct labor hours. The is a new requirement. Award is anticipated to be made by February 1, 2008. Solicitation PR-CI-07-10698 will appear on the internet, and it may be accessed through the EPA?s home page on the World Wide Net (www.epa.gov). It is the responsibility of interested offerors to frequently check FEDBizOpps or the EPA website address for updates or changes. All responsible 8(a) small businesses may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency, FAR 5.207(c)(15). No hard copies will be available.
