Description

REQUIREMENTS: The United States Government seeks expressions of interest in leasing approximately 3,800 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) yielding approximately 3,300 Usable Square Feet (USF) of contiguous Class A office and related space in Hyannis, MA. Agency requires 14 surface parking spaces. Space offered must be ADA, ABAAS and NFPA compliant. Past performance will be a consideration of award. LEASE TERM: Proposed lease shall be for ten years, five firm. OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is required on or before Nov 1, 2007. Expressions of Interest must include the following: 1. Building name and address; contact person with phone number. 2. Name, address, and phone number of property owner. 3. Rentable Square Feet offered and annual RSF rental rate - rate should be broken out to Annual Shell and Annual Operating Costs. 4. RSF rate for standard building tenant improvements offered. Cost of agency move will be considered and added to offers. This Expression of Interest is not an invitation for bid or a request for proposal. Written responses are required not later than May 9, 2007. FAX's will be accepted.
