Description: Project consists of improvements to six boat ramps on Shasta Lake, National Recreation Area, Shasta-Trinity National Forest, Shasta County, California. Items include replacement of guide-rail system to accommodate new boarding floats, installation of riprap for shore and facilities protection and construction of sidewalk as well as other items. Price range is $250,000 to $500,000. Contract time is 60 calendar days with an estimated start date of September 15, 2007. Preproposal tour will be held, date and time to be announced in solicitation. Offerors will need to submit a technical and price proposal responding to the criteria as outlined in the solicitation.
