- The 37th Contracting Squadron is intending to award a sole-source purchase order to (ZAGZ Global Innovative Solutions, LLC.) for P/N(S-Mission Builder; Includes S-Mission Modules Frame work, CGF, Sound, CAE-RTI, Terrain Server, 2D PVD display, and 3D Stealth display. Reads terrapage as native formt for terrain server, 2D, and 3D display assuring correlation. Compatiable with S-Mission Modules and 3rd Party modules to extend the functions of the tool. CAE Shalimar integration of friendly and threat entities.nomenclature, 1 each; P/N A-Terrain Extreme; A-Terrain Extreme processes a digital geographic data into 3-D polygomal terrain database as defined by user parameters Using NGA and commercial formatted materials. Outputs 3-D terrain in Terre Page and PDAP, includes a locked license of Terra Viz. Shipping included. 1 each; P/N M1-SBld; 1 Year support & Maintenance service-- S-Mission Builder, 1 each). This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 15 Jun 07. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The intent of this procurement is to award based on Sole Source requirement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16 and DFARS Change Notice 20070531, Standard Industrial Code J070, North American Industry Classification System Code 333319 and Size Standard of 500 employees apply to this procurement. The Government intends to evalute and award without discussions on this procurement. The intent of this procurement is to award based on sole source requirement. Quotes are not being requested and written solicitation will not be used. The justification for this sole source procurement is to prevent mission stoppage, as the old Iridium Tracker expired and this company is able to supply the equipment immediately. ZAGZ Global Innovative Solutions, LLC is the only small business that can provide the TerreX program and it is compatible with the existing Garmin 530 GPS Rino Radio that squadron already has. The unit must have the ability to train and rehearse virtually in any environment worldwide. The system must provide a three dimensional, software based terrain tool to include systems, software, connectivity, and appropriate operator training and maintenance agreement. This software will eliminate the expenses and need to replace existing SIM cards, saving the government thousands of dollars.
