- The 96th Contracting Squadron, 96 CONS/MSCBB at Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price, Sole Source contract to Agilent Technologies, Inc., for the equipment listed below. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based up responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The announcement number is F1T0CW7156AG05. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334290, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. STANDARD ADAPTER SET, 2.4 MM CD-ROM CONTAINING THE ENGLISH DOCUMENTATION SET P/N: E8257D-PSG (NO CHARGE) STEP ANNENUATOR. P/N: E8257D-1E1 CLIN 0002, NARROW PULSE MODULATION. P/N: E8257D-UNW CLIN 0003, FREQUENCY RANGE FROM 250 KHZ TO 40 GHZ. P/N: E8257D-540 CLIN 0004, PHASE MODULATION AND LF OUTPUT, AM/FM. P/N: E8257D-UNT CLIN 0005, WARRANTY, 1 YEAR EXTENDED TO 3 YEARS. P/N: R-51B-001-3C Final inspection and acceptance will be at Eglin AFB, FL 32542. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302(a)(2)(i)(A).
