Input/Output NSN/Part Number is 6635-01-417-2420 PR/736L977G01, Qty - 1 EA. Item 0002 ? Input/Output NSN/Part Number is 6635-01-419-1113 PR/736L998G01, Qty ? 10 EA. Item 0003 ? Same as 0002, Qty ? 1 ea. Item 0004 ? Same as item 0001, Qty ? 3 EA. Item 0005 ? Same as 0001, Qty ? 3 EA. Item 0006 ? Same as 0001, Qty 3 EA. Item 0007 ? Data/Production Report, Qty ? 1 LOT. Delivery: Item 0001 through 0006, 1 EA per month beginning 60 DARO or receipt of assets until complete. Delivery: Item 0007 ? Monthly. Remanufacture consists of receiving, unpacking, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, remanufacturing, marking and packaging in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
