- Grand Teton National Park will be issuing an RFP for the construction of a leachfield and associated sewer lines. The project will be a Best Value Procurement in which award may be made to other than the firm offering the lowest price. The project consists of general construction of gravity sewer lines, manholes, septic tanks, a submersible pump wasewater lift station, force main and a pressure distribution leachfield. The design flow for the system is approximately 6,000 gallons per day. Construction will take place in Teton County, Wyoming, the county having the highest cost of living in the State. Cost of living index is comparable to Los Angeles, so firms must consider this in evaluating their interest. This Best Value RFP is being set aside as a HUBZone procurement. Only those firms having current HUBZone certification may submit a proposal for consideration. The NAICS code for this project is 237110. The government estimate is between $200,000 and $300,000.
