Description

This is an ammendment to Solicitation N00421-07-T-0141 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Annapolis Microsystems for the part numbers listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. Annapolis Microsystems is the sole manufacturer. The contract line item numbers and description are **CLIN 0001 Quantity 1 year P/N CoreFire Design Suite Builder Libraries, C java Interfaces, & Debugger. ** CLIN 0002 Option Year One ** CLIN 0003 Option Year Two. Award is expected 18 June 2007. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 14 June 2007 will be considered for future procurements by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
