- Description
- The Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) Pacific/Department of Defense Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) Guam intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract to procure School Bus Driver Transportation Services in support of Guam Schools district. Period of Performance is estimated to start through 01 August 2007 through 30 September 2008. The government estimates 206 days for bus drivers services supporting daily commuting plus an estimated 3000 hours of bus drivers? services in support of special events/activities. The services will be procured on other than Full and Open Competition 100% small business set-aside basis. Specific details will be included in Request for Proposal (RFP) Number HE1260-07-R-8001. The solicitation will be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 13 March 2007 to close 30 days after RFP issue date. Responses shall be submitted in writing to the Point of Contact listed in this Synopsis. Responses must be e-mailed to dppd@pac.dodea.edu. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is: http://www.ccr.gov/. All responsible offeror(s) may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (19-FEB-2007).
