Description

Provide Mon - Fri, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance & Repairs, including furnishing all necessary labor, equipment, materials, software, supplies, parts & transportation to service the following Steris Corporation Medical/Dental Instrument Sterilization Equipment: 1 ea CHROM CES CH05-08 Carbon Steel 75 KW Steam generator for use with: 2 ea CENTURY 16/20 VAC SD ELEC units & 2 ea EAGLE STG-3 3000 PIWS DD Washer/Sterilizer units. Also perform certified calibrations & software upgrades by trained technicians. The equipment is located at Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii. The proposed Service Contract period will commence on or about 1 October 2007, with four each 1 year option periods. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-JUN-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
