- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is Reference # 7101-1002. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation. The Defense Distribution Depot Richmond (DDRV) has a requirement for the rental of a yard tractor as explained below. This is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532490 and the associated size standard is $6.5 million of revenue per year to be classified as a small business concern.
