- Solicitation Number, SPM4A6-07-R-0815, 0015159748, NSN: 9150-01-197-7693, Grease, Automotive and Artillery. QPL applies under Spec MIL-PRF-10924G. Unit cartridge contains 14 oz. MSDS and OSHA Hazard Warning Label are required. This is a synopsis for a commercial item in accordance with the procedures of FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.203 and will be solicited under the procedures of FAR Part 12. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is solicited as Full and Open Competition as unrestricted and will result in a Firm Fixed-Priced Contract for a quantity of 174,160 cartridges (CA). A 100% Quantity Option shall be included in the solicitation. Progress payments shall not be included in the solicitation. This is not a Critical Application Item. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). DLA-Direct lines only to San Joaquin, CA (DDJC) & Richmond, VA (DDRV). FOB: Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Required delivery is 60 days ARO. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on June 28, 2007 with a closing date of July 27, 2007.
