- NSN: 1650 -01-315-0803, Housing, Spool. This item is currently sole source to HR Textron Cage 81873, the OEM. P/N: 28004192-002.FOB origin, I&A origin. Requested delivery is 194 days ARO. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Configuration control applies. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package (TDP) available for this NSN. Any firm requesting a copy of this RFP will be provided a copy. Alternate offers may be considered if submitted with a complete TDP. This requirement is being procured as an unrestricted under the negotiated method of procurement. This requirement will be synopsized in the Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOps). A formal solicitation will be issued if any vendor expresses an interest in this procurement. This is not considered a commercial item. ABVS will be included in the solicitation and will be used as an evaluation factor. The ABVS provisions are self-deleting if only one offer is received or ABVS is otherwise not applicable to the evaluation process. Solicitation will result in a firm fixed contract."
