- The Natural Resources Conservation Service in Missouri is considering the lease of land to be used for the purpose of isolated planting, testing and harvesting of plants for the Elsberry Plant Materials Center (PMC) beginning February 1, 2008. The property must be located a minimum of 1,000 feet from any native warm season grass species. Acceptable property will be 5-10 acres in size; upland silt loam/silty clay loam soil type (Menfro or similar type soil).
