Description
The proposed acquisition listed herein is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has a requirement for the Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCH), for the Development of an Early Periodic Screening and Treatment (EPSDT) Follow-up Care Coordination Tool for Material and Child Health Programs that States can use in improving the deliver of EPSDT "treatment" services. The development of the assessment tool will be merged into the EPSDT web-based module with a focus on State case-management and targeted case-management for delivering coordinated treatment services under EPSDT. The development of the tool will be developed through the following projects: Project A. Conduct a national meeting of State MCH and Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) Directors to discuss strategies for effective case management and care coordination under Deficit Reduction Act (DRA). Project B. Update of EPSDT-Module with a focus on State case-management and targeted case-management for delivering coordinated treatment services under EPSDT. Project C. State Leadership Workshops on Improving EPSDT - conduct multiple one-day EPSDT leadership workshops for State MCH, Medicaid and other public services programs. (The Request for Proposal (RFP) provides additional information for the projects above). The anticipated period of performance is for eighteen (18) months from the effective date of contract award. The NAICS is 561920. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available approximately fifteen (15) days from the date of issuance of this notice through FEDBIZOPPS. The closing date will be approximately thirty (30) days after release of the RFP.
