- Description
- The Federal Correctional Institution, Otisville, New York, intends to make a single award for the provision of various subsistence dairy products for the Federal Correctional Institution located at Two Mile Drive, Otisville, NY. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing. Quantities are estimated and not guaranteed. The term of the contract shall be from September 1, 2007 to August 31, 2008. The estimated yearly quantities are as follows: 36,400 gallons of low fat milk, 8,320 gallons of skim milk, 7,800 half pints of 2% milk, 375 gallons of chocolate milk, 600 quarts of eggnog and 360 pounds of sour cream. The solicitation will be available on or about June 25, 2007 and will be distributed solely through this website. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up to date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about July 31, 2007. The solicitation is unrestricted. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
