- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Executive Office for United States of Attorney?s (EOUSA) on behalf of the United States Attorney?s Office, Eastern District of North Carolina, invites contractors to submit a proposal for services described in the attached statement of work for the Victim Witness Conference. Please submit your proposal by June 21, 2007, 4:00 p.m. (EST). This RFP in no way obligates the U.S. Government to award a contract, nor does it commit the U.S. Government to pay any cost incurred in preparing and submitting your proposal. The period of performance for this procurement will be September 17, 2007 through September 20, 2007. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 722110. The Government estimated $125,000.00 with a potential of 450 maximum people attending this conference. Proposals submitted in response to this RFP will be received in the following manner: via regular mail, hand carried, and e-mail. Proposal may also be forwarded by Courier or Overnight Mail Service to the attention of the undersigned at EOUSA.
